Preheat oven to 425.Cook bacon, not crispy.Mix ground beef with chopped onion, Hellman's, Minute Rice, divide in half.. Place one half of meat mixture in 9x9 pan, cover with chopped brocoli, followed by cheddar cheese and top with bacon. Take remaining meat mixture and cover top.
