Here is how you make Stuffed Pepper Cups:

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Pre-cook green pepper cups in boiling water about 5 minutes, drain. Brown meat and onion in fry pan. Add tomatoes, rice, worcestershire sauce. Cover and simmer about 5 minutes. Add cheese, stuff peppers, stand upright in 10x6x1/12 inch baking dish. Sprinkle tops with more cheese if desired.
