Place 6 pepper halves in bowl with 1/2 cup of water; cover with micro-safe plastic wrap and cook on high 5 minutes; turn and cook3 minutes more. Drain and set aside to cool. Coat a large skillet with food release spray. Chop the onions and a bell pepper half and place in skillet over medium heat; saute until clear; add ground beef and cook, stirring until browned. Allow to cool; add beaten egg, Worcestershire and Mozzarella. Mix well and stuff into pepper halves.
