Here is how you make Angie's Stuffed Peppers:

Wash peppers. Cut caps off and remove the seeds. Mix beef, rice, garlic, onion, egg, pepper and salt in large bowl. Make small meatballs and place inside peppers. Do not stuff peppers tightly or the meat and rice will not cook completely. Once peppers are full, place extra meatballs on top of and around them in the pan. Pour V-8 over the peppers.
