Here is how you make Cheesey Stuffed Peppers:

Cut off tops of green peppers; remove seeds and membrane. Scallop edges. Precook peppers in boiling salted water 5 minutes; drain. Sprinkle inside of cups with salt, generously.Brown meat with onion. Add 1/2 tsp.salt and a dash of pepper. Stir in tomatoes, uncooked rice, 1/2 cup water and Worcestershire. Cover, simmer 15 minutes. Stir in 1/2 of cheese. Stuff peppers;add remaining cheese to tops of peppers; place in 10x6x1-1/2 inch baking dish.
