How Do I Make Hungarian Stuffed Peppers?

Here is how you make Hungarian Stuffed Peppers:

Cook rice and let it cool. Mix pork, rice, paprika, vegeta, salt, egg, garlic by hand.Cut tops of peppers off and clean out seeds. Stuff the pepper with meat mixture. Place the tools of peppers cut side down in a pot and place stuffed peppers on tops. This will hold pepper in position. Fill the pot with water a quarter of the pot. Cook covered about 40 minutes checking to make sure there is water under peppers. If not just add more. Once cooked add a can of Tomatoe juice mixed with sugar. Bring to a boil.
