1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees2. Cut off the top of the bell peppers and scoop out the seeds3. Par boil the bell peppers until skin turns color and they soften up a bit. Stand up in a cupcake pan, and add a little water to each cup that isn't being used4. Melt butter in a skillet, add in the meat and cook until it browns up5. Add in the seasoning and cook for a bit6.
