2 tbsp - Salsa (usually I just use a tomato sauce I add spices to)

Here is how you make Missy's Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Brown meat in skillet, drainCook rice, drainCut top off pepper, clean out any seeds and ribs from the insideLay one slice cheese in side pepperTop with 1/2c of riceTop with 1/2c of meat mixtureSpoon sauce/salsa over the top evenlyCook at 150 degrees until peppers look a little dry, sometimes they will darken around the top rim, this is okay and adds a little flavor. Remove from over and use the last 1/2 slice of cheese, cut into strips, and layer over top of pepper. Lower heat and cook till cheese has melted.
