1 cup Cheese, Kraft - Shredded, Italian 5 Cheese (by 16HEATHER)

How Do I Make Pat's Stuffed Green Peppers?

Here is how you make Pat's Stuffed Green Peppers:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.In a saucepan place green peppers (tops cut off & cleaned out) cut side up with about an inch of water & boil for 10 minutes. Drain.Place in a square casserole dish.In a frying pan, add evoo and add diced onion & garlic. Saute.Add ground beef and cook until brown. Add cooked rice then take can of tomatoes and put in blender and blend until smooth, add to frying pan and heat until boiling. Add half of the cheese and cook until cheese is melted.Fill peppers with mixture to the top then sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is melted and turning brown.
