6 whole cleaned and then par-boiled red peppers

Cook and drain 2 lbs. ground beef with 1 onion. Combine with 5 cups cooked rice (2 cups dry), 1 can cream of tomato soup, 2 cans diced tomatoes and 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

Stuff the peppers equally with rice mixture. Place in slow cooker. Cook on low 3 hours. Then pour another can of cream of tomato soup mixed with 1/2 can water over the stuffed pepper. Raise heat to high and cook 30 minutes.

Makes 6 very large servings.
