1 lb Ground Turkey
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 can (8 oz) Tomato Sauce
1 cup Soft Bread Crumbs (2 slices) (whole wheat)
1 cup grated cheese or 6 American cheese slices
1 clove garlic (optional)

Here is how you make Simple Stuffed Bell Peppers (Green or Yellow):

Cut tops off of Bell Peppers and remove veins and seeds. Keep tops. Precook Peppers in boiling water for 3 mins. (Do not fully cook). Brown Ground Turkey in Skillet, add chopped tops of Bell Peppers. (not seeds, veins, or stalk). After Turkey is Browned add salt, pepper, onions, garlic (optional), and tomato sauce. Then Add crumbs and mix. Fill the peppers. Sit filled peppers in baking dish with 1/4 cup of water in the dish. Bake at 350 degree's for 30-40 mins.
