1 cup canned whole kernel corn

Here is how you make Stuffed Bell Peppers:

Cut tops off peppers, clean out insides. Place on a pan in the oven and broil until sides are soft. Saute veggies, except for corn. Add beef to brown. Drain and add rice, corn and salsa. Simmer 5 minutes. Put prepared peppers in glass casserole dish. Spoon rice mixture into prepared peppers. Put cheese on top.
