Here is how you make Stuffed Red Bell Peppers:

Preheat oven to 375. Brown beef and onion, add celery, cilantro, garlic, salt, pepper, oregano, and basil. When throughly cooked remove from heat and add in spinach. Wash and core each bell pepper, stuff each pepper with 1/2 to 2/3 cup beef mixture. Place stuffed peppers in glass baking dish lined with foil. Add 2 TBLS water to bottom of pan.
