Here is how you make Stuffed Red Peppers Polish style:

Cut tops off and clean out the peppers. Microwave for 2 minutes covered. Heat oven to 420 F for convection or 450 F to bake Cook the meats over medium heat until cooked through breaking up to small pieces. Put in colander and rinse the fats off.
