Here is how you make Super Stuffed Peppers - Low Carb/Keto:

Cut the tops of both peppers, then cut on half horizontally, so that peppers resemble little boats ready to fill. Remove seeds completely. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the peppers for 5 minutes. Remove from the boiling water and place in a cold water bath. Then, place on a cookie sheet.
