Here is how you make Tuscan Stuffed Peppers:

Cook hamburger with onions, garlic, and mushrooms until cooked through. While this is browning, toast the pine nuts. When meat mixture is nearly cooked, add the kale and chopped oregano to wilt. Cool before tossing in the Cannellini beans & cheese. Add more oregano if desired and toss in the pine nuts. Check moistness and add some stock if desired.
