Here is how you make Using What Ya Got Stuffed Peppers:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Boil water in a large pot, and prepare peppers. Submerge peppers in water and boil as stuffing is made. Prepare Rice a Roni as directed with the following substitutes: one can of Rotel and one can of tomato sauce instead of one 14.5 oz can diced tomatos, and reduce water by 1/2 a cup. In a separate pan, brown beef in one tablespoon of butter, add onions after browning and saute. Combine beef and rice mixture. Spoon into pepper shells and place into a glass baking dish with about a half inch of water from the boiled peppers in the bottom. Sprinkle the peppers with between one and two tablespoons of shredded cheese and bake in oven until melted and browned, or about 15 minutes.
