2 T Italian Seasoning
Salt/Pepper to taste
1 bunch fresh parsley
1 package whole-wheat pita pocket
3-4 fresh lemons

Here is how you make Healthiest and Tastiest Stuffed Pita!:

Chop all vegetables and the tomato, finely. Put each item in its own small serving dish. Cut 1 lemon into halves. Cut the remaining lemons into wedges, removing the seeds.Brown meat over medium heat, draining any excess fat. Once meat is browned, add Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Then, add the juice of one lemon. Cook at low-medium heat for another 5-7 minutes.Cut the pita pocket into halves and warm them up (either for a few seconds in the microwave, or perhaps in the oven or on stove-top). Open the "pocket" and fill the pita with warm meat (make sure and leave room for your veggies!), following the meat with the veggies, as desired. Finish off your rockin' pocket pita with a squeeze from a fresh lemon! Enjoy!NOTE: This can be eaten as a salad with pieces of one pita or no pita at all, if you are watching your carb intake!
