Here is how you make Stuffed Tomatos:

Scoop out tomatos like little pumpkins. Save away Tomato insides for another dish.Bring broth to a boil in large pan.At the same time, brown sausage in a fry pan.When broth boils, turn off heat and add all the stuffing crumbs, mixing well so all the crumbs get moist.
