Here is how you make Ken's Stuffed Zucchini:

-Cut zucchini lengthwise & hollow out seed cavity. Retain seed cavity material.-Bake zucchini halves cut sides down in 1/2" of water in a large - 9" cake pan for 30 minutes.-Spray a large frying pan with nonstick spray.
