Yummy easy casserole for family. As a child, my brother called it Superman Supper because he said it would make him strong like Superman!!The original recipe was double this for 9 X 13 pan. For my husband and myself, we cut the recipe in half and use an 8 X 8 pan - we use light sour cream and 2% cheese to reduce the calorie count.

Here is how you make Super(man) Supper:

Blend potato flakes, sour cream and 1/4 cup water. Pat into bottom of 8 X 8 pan. Brown beef, drain. Stir in 1/4 cup water, tomato sauce, corn and spices and bring to a boil.
