1 stalk of celery
1 small onion
2 Tbsp Lea & Perrins
2 tsp mustard (I prefer dry mustard, but couldn't find it in the ingredients list)
2 cloves of garlic - minced
1 6-8 inch zucchini - sliced thin
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (but white will do in a pinch)

Thinly chop the onion, celery, zucchini and yellow pepper. Thinly slice the beef into thin strips.In a non stick frying pan brown the beef slices. Add the vegetables, garlic, and the rest of the ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are soft.
