1 lb 93% Lean Ground Beef
4 cups Pinto Beans, cooked in water, mashed
3/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
Salt and pepper to taste




How Do I Make V's Taco Dip?

Here is how you make V's Taco Dip:

Soak and cook beans according to package directions. Brown ground beef with all seasonings until no longer pink. Drain, if needed. At this point, preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spread beans on bottom of a casserole dish. Top with 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup of the Mozzarella cheese. Add seasoned ground beef. Top beef with the rest of the Mozzarella cheese and with the remaining 2 tablespoons of Parmesan cheese. Place in oven just until cheese is melted, about 6 to 7 minutes. I top mine with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, jalapeno peppers or salsa, and sometimes with avocado slices. My husband and kids add sour cream to theirs! (Toppings not figured in to calorie count).
