2 medium ripe tomato
1/2 head iceberg lettuce

Here is how you make Green Chile Taco's - Anyone can eat!:

Makes 12 Taco's - Typical dinner serving is 2-3 taco's.Prep:Dice onion - set asideDice tomato - cover and set aside in fridgeGrate cheese - cover and set aside in fridgeShred Lettuce - cover and set aside in fridgeIn large deep pan(chicken fryer size)Add diced onion and green chile's, saute until moisture is out and starts sticking to panAdd ground beef and crumble(use wooden spoon or spatula to break apart as fine as possible), Brown meat until fat is rendered.. Drain fat. Add 8-10 oz water and simmer beef mixture for aprox 20 minutes on medium heat. Salt/pepepr to taste. Add water if mixture gets dry. Want to simmer until all liquid is mostly gone.In seperate pan, spray with oil, using tongs lightly toast each side of corn tortilla. Aprox 15 secs on each side over medium high heat.Lay on plate with napkin and move on until all 12 are done. (You can start serving as people help themselves after 3 are done).Place cheese/lettuce/tomato on counter or table, with ground beef in bowl next to it. Each person can now start "making " their tacos.
