Here is how you make Taco Gnocchi:

Brown onions, ground beef and seasonings in large skillet with tight-fitting lid. (Tastes best if onions are slowly cooked first.) reduce to low simmer. Stir in gnocchi and tomatoes w/green chiles. Cover and very low simmer for 20-30 mins. Stir before serving. Keeps/freezes/reheats well.Serve topped with fresh cilantro and Salsa, lime juice, or sour cream.
