4 cup shredded cheese (any kind, I do fat-free)
1 16-oz can fat free refried beans
2 envelopes taco seasoning (Reduced Sodium)
1 package tortillas (8-in)
1 cup chopped onion
1 14-oz can diced tomatoes
1 10 oz can diced tomatoes & green chiles
salsa for topping, if desired
sour cream for topping, if desired

Here is how you make Venison Taco Cassarole:

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F2. Brown ground beef. Prepare according to directions on taco seasoning envelope. 3. Add tomatoes, and onions to ground beef and cook until onions are translucent. Stir often. (if not using onions, skip this part, but still add tomatoes to beef)4. Heat refried beans according to can. This makes them easier to spread.5. Spray 9 x 13 pan with olive oil. 6. Make 3 layers: Tortillas, refried beans, beef mixture, cheese. 7. Cover pan with aluminum foil and cook 25 minutes. Take off aluminum foil and cook 5 more minutes.8.
