Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Beans, black, 1.50 cup
Elk Meat, 32 oz
Corn Tortillas, 16 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia)
Brown Sugar, 6 tsp packed
Rosarita no fat Traditional refried beans (serving 0.5 cup), 1.50 cup
Tillamook Pepper Jack Cheese, 16 oz
Better than Bullion Chicken, 3 tsp

How Do I Make JV's Tacos?

Here is how you make JV's Tacos:

Makes approximately 24 tacos. Sautee Onion in 1 Tbsp olive oil until translucent; add garlic, chili powder, cumin, coriander until fragrant. Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, brown sugar and vinegar. Simmer for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine black & refried beans. Cook over medium heat until warm. Fry tortillas in olive oil until soft (about 5 seconds on each side). Let cool on paper towels. Fill tortillas w/beans, meat mixture and cheese.
