Large resealable bag, place cut pork loin chops and bag of el paso taco seasoning mix. Shake. Heat oil in frying pan. Add pork. Cook 5 minutes on medium. Preheat oven to 350 for shells.When pork is done, add 1 cup salsa mix and 1 can chili beans. Simmer on low until heated through. Heat shells while mixture warms.
