1 LBS lean ground beef
2 tsp garlic
10 whole wheat tortillas
1/2 a small head of lettuce; torn into shreds
2 cup of salsa
2 c shredded cheese
1 can tomato sauce

Seasoning mix:
Chili powder, 1 tbsp
Lawry's Minced Onion (dried), 4 tsp
McCormick ground cumin, 1 tbsp
Paprika, 1 tsp
dried oregano, 1 tsp


How Do I Make Flatbread Tacos?

Here is how you make Flatbread Tacos:

Place Tortillas on a microwave safe plate and wet a paper towel slightly. place towel over tortillas and nuke for 3-5 min. While that is happening, brown the beef and garlic. Drain well (You might want to rinse off with hot water to get rid of any lingering grease.) Put into a bowl that you will serve in. Add remaining spices and tomato sauce and mix well. Take tortillas out of microwave and place on separate plates. Top with 1/10th of meat mix and add toppings of choice. IF you add anything else please don't forget to add them to your tracker. You can use turkey or any other meat for this, but I have lean ground beef so that is what I used in this recipe.
