Add all other ingredients EXCEPT broth, and combine with your hands.Form into 2 large (or several smaller) loaves and place into 2 greased pans (I freeze one for another day!). Add 1 cup beef broth to each pan (I don`t add the broth if I'm freezing one loaf).Bake at 350F for 1 to 1 1/2 hours (until meatloaf is cooked inside). When cooked through, allow to sit a few minutes, then remove the loaf from the pan. You may add 2 tbsp flour to the drippings (and possibly a little more broth, mushrooms, etc) to make gravy for your meatloaf!
