Remove from pan and let drain. Add 1 tbsp. butter, shredded cabbage, and chopped onion. Cover, and let cook 10--15 minutes. (To keep mixture from drying out, I add a little beef broth). Cook until cabbage is tender, add ground turkey and Worcestershire sauce. Continue cooking 5--10 minutes. Remove from heat, add cheese, and allow to cool.Bier Rock DoughIn a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Add oil and sugar; and let stand for 5 minutesAdd the egg, salt and enough flour to form a soft dough. Turn onto a floured surface; knead until smooth and elastic, about 3-5 minutes. Do not let rise. Divide dough into 20 or so pieces and shape each into a ball. Roll each ball into a flat circle and place a large spoonful of filling in middle. Fold over and seal edges. Place Bier Rocks on large baking sheet, cover with saran wrap and let rise for 10 minutes. Remove cover and bake at 425 for 10-15 minutes.
