1/2 tsp of cayenne pepper

Here is how you make Best Turkey Chili:

In a saucepan or Dutch oven, heat oil over medium high heat and brown beef about 7 minutes. Stir in salt.Add to the pot or slow cooker, onion, garlic, green bell pepper, and saute until onion is translucent. Stir in tomatoes with juice, tomato sauce, pinto beans and seasonings. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and cover. Simmer, stirring occassionally about 50 minutes. Skim any visible fat. Serve with optional toppings , such as sour cream, shredded chees, chopped fresh cilantro,chopped onions and tomatoes. Delicious with tortilla chips or cornbread or as a salad.
