Lightened up recipe from label of Randa'"s beans, as I made a lot of changes. I reduced the oil drastically from 3 TBS, and eliminated the added salt as the canned tomatoes & beans already have a huge amount of salt. I changed to 93% lean ground turkey. Haven't tried it yet. 1/8 of this dish is almost 500 calories if made with lean hamburger.

Preheat large dutch oven, and spray with PAM spray.Brown the ground turkey [about 10"] Remove from pan and drain on paper towel. Wipe Dutch oven with paper towel.Saute' onion with tsp of Canola Oil. 3 minutes.Add Chili pwdr & cumin & saute'/stir for 2 minutes.Stir the ground beef back in. Add the tomatoes and salsa.
