Here is how you make Turkey or Buffalo Chili:

Brown turkey or buffalo in a skillet and drain. Turn slow cooker to high setting. Add the meat, onion, parsley or cilantro, chili posder, garlic and red pepper to the crockpot. Stir. Open and partially drain all five cans of beans. Add these, the zucchini, and the soup or tomatoes. Stir well. Cook on high for 4 to 5 hours or low for 6 to 8 hours. Add salt before serving.
