?1/4 cup /60ml oat bran
?1 tsp /5ml dried rosemary
?1 lb /454g lean ground lamb
?2 Tbsp /30ml extra virgin olive oil
?1 Tbsp /15ml coconut butter or best-quality olive oil
?1 onion, peeled and finely chopped
?1/4 cup /120ml dark beer
?2 cups /480ml chopped fresh tomatoes

Here is how you make Lamb and Turkey Meatballs (Eat Clean):

Preheat oven to 400?F/200?C.Prepare a large casserole dish by lining with parchment paper or by spraying with Eat-Clean Cooking Spray. (See note below)In a large bowl place the wheat germ, egg whites, Worcestershire sauce, dill, half the garlic, flaxseed, oat bran, half the sea salt and rosemary. Mix well to create a paste on the bottom of the bowl.Add ground meats. With clean bare hands mix all ingredients well. Using a tablespoon scoop out enough meat to create a one-inch ball. Continue making balls until meat mixture is gone.Heat olive oil in a large skillet on medium-high.Place meatballs in hot skillet and brown on all sides. Cook through - this will take approximately 15 minutes. Set aside.To create sauce, heat oil in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion and cook until soft. Add remaining garlic, salt and beer. Reduce heat. Cook five minutes. Add tomatoes and let simmer several minutes or until liquid is reduced by half.Place meatballs in casserole dish. Pour all of the sauce over top. Stir to coat meatballs well.Place in hot oven and bake for 30 minutes.
