The ingredients for Barbeque Turkey Meatballs with atop Long Grain Rice are:

648 grams of Ground Turkey
One Full Green Onion (Shallot), diced so the kids can't see them
One sliced mushrooms (if they are already sliced, then add 5 pieces that are the same size) diced so the kids don't see them
3 Slices of Weight Watcher whole wheat bread
2 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
1 cup of Barbeque sauce
1 Cup sliced mushrooms

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl, do not add Barbeque sauce or sliced mushrooms.
Mix well, needing with hands or using a fork.
Form into small balls, a little smaller then golf balls. Set aside.
In a large deep dish frying pan, (with lid) add Olive Oil, and 1 cup of sliced mushrooms, and let fry on med heat to reduce moisture. About 10 minutes.
Gently put in balls, and add babeque sauce, cover and simmer for about 45 minute, turning often.
In the mean time put on long grain rice, following directions on package. Using chicken stock instead of water.

Serve meatballs over a bed of rice, and use the liquid from cooking to drizzle over top. YUM!
