4 Medium/Large Red Bell Peppers
3/4 pound ground turkey
3/4 pound lean ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup (roughly) chopped red bell pepper (I cut the tops off of the peppers and chop them to add to the meat)
1/4 cup "Heinz Tomato Ketchup, Reduced Sugar" to add to meat plus 1 Tbsp. each to spread on top
2 tsp. Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degreesIn mixing bowl combine ground turkey and beef. Cut the tops off of the bell peppers and chop the tops. Add chopped bell pepper, chopped onion, 1/4 cup catsup and worcestershire sauce to meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Mix well, divide meat mixture into fourths and stuff into bell peppers. Spread 1 Tbsp. catsup on top of each.Bake in preheated oven until done (approx. 40 minutes, internal temp. of meat should be 165 degrees)Serving Size:?4
