Here is how you make South Beach Wild Rice and Turkey Burgers:

Preheat the oven to 350. Prepare the wild rice according to package directions. In a large bowl combine the turkey, wild rice, BBQ sauce, and egg. Divide the turkey mixture into 4 equal parts and shape into patties, placing a cube of cheese in the center of each patty. If using slices, make 8 patties and place 1 slice of cheese on each patty and place the remaining 4 patties on top; seal. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the patties and sear both sides. Place the patties in a nonstick baking pan and bake for 10 minutes, or until thermometer inserrted in the center of a pattie registers 165F and the meat is no longer pink.
