The ingredients for Pork and Vegetable Bake are:

(4) 4oz Pork Cutlets
2 Baking Potatoes - Cleaned and sliced thin
2 Large Onions - Sliced
2 Cups Sliced Mushrooms
1/4 Cup chopped Basil
1 Can French Cut Greenbeans (Drained & Rinsed)
1 can Stewed Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to Taste.


How Do I Make Pork and Vegetable Bake?

Here is how you make Pork and Vegetable Bake:

Preheat oven to 325, and grease a 13x9 casserole dish. Place the Potatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, Basil, Salt and Pepper into the dish. Toss to coat. Place the Pork Cutlets on top of Vegetables. Top with Green Beans and Tomatoes. Cover and bake for 1 and 1/2 hours. (I did it for just over an hour at 350, to speed it up). Number of Servings: 4Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user JENSTD.
