How Do I Make Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry?

Here is how you make Pork and Vegetable Stir Fry:

Cut pork chops into strips. Chop onions, peppers (green and red) into large pieces and slice mushrooms. Chop up frozen broccoli to bit sized pieces and dice pineapple to similar size.Mix the chili paste with tap water and orange juice; add 3/4 of the corn starch.Prepare the rice using 3/4 cup uncooked, according to directions.While the rice is cooking, dredge the pork chop pieces in a mixture of the remaining corn starch and about 1/4 tsp Asian Five Spice. Heat the corn oil in a pan or wok and brown the pork, about 3-5 minutes. Try to keep the strips separated in this step as they will brown and crisp better.Remove the browned pork from the pan and add a small amount of chili oil. Add the onions and peppers and saute, seasoning with salt and pepper and other spices as desired. Once the onion is browned a bit, add the broccoli and mushrooms and continue to cook until the broccoli softens and the mushrooms have cooked down a little. Add the meat back into the pan and then add the pineapple, stirring often as you just want to reheat the meat for the final step.Make a well in the centre of the pan and add the corn starch/water mixture.
