Mix the cubed vegetables, green beans, black olives, onions and meat balls in a 6 quart crock pot. Mix red pepper with tomato sauce, to taste, and the juice from the olives. Pour over the mixture. Drizzle the top with olive oil. Cook in the crock pot for eight hours, until tender. Serve in whole wheat pita. You can top with yogurt.
