1/2 cup chopped fresh spinach
1 TBSP chopped red onion
1 TBSP chopped green pepper
2 TBSP diced ham
1 tsp Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning (more or less depending on taste)
1TBSP reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/2 TBSP taco sauce

Here is how you make Egg and Veggie Breakfast Burrito:

Mix egg in bowl. Add chopped spinach, onion, green pepper, diced ham and seasoning. Mix well. Spray fry pan with a little pam, pour in egg mixture. Scramble until cooked through. Should only take a minute or two. Heat tortilla in microwave for 15 seconds, place cheese on tortilla, place egg mixture on top of cheese and top with taco sauce.
