Frozen or Fresh Broccoli 2 CUPS
Onions 1/2 small onion
Green Peppers 1/2 medium
Red Peppers 1/2 medium
Yellow Peppers 1/2 medium
Boneless Pork chops thin, 1 package of about 6, sides cut off
White Rice 1 1/2 cups
Crushed Pineapple -small can
Corn Starch 1 TBSP
Sugar 1 TBSP

Here is how you make Pork- Veggie Fruity StirFry:

PREP:Chop veggies into stripsCut Pork Chops into squares (it's easier for my kids to eat, and faster cooking)Mix sugar, corn starch and pineapple juice in a bowl, (double mixture if you will add to pork to cook)In one frying pan, put 1 tbsp of Olive OilCook pork chops on mediumStart rice as directed on packageIn another frying pan, put 1 tbsp of Olive Oil to get hot. Add onions and broccoliCook 2 minutes uncoveredAdd peppersCook covered 2 minutesAdd sauce mixtureLet simmer 1-2 minutes, coveredThe rice and pork should be done by this time. Serve pork and stir fry mixture ontop of rice. Enjoy!COMMENTS:This was a little too sweet, I am going to try different additions next time I make it and try to make some variation in the flavor.
