The ingredients for Veggie Stew are:

Olive oil, 2 tablespoons
2 lb. chuck stew beef, in chunks/cubes
Raw carrots, 1.5 cups, sliced/chopped
Raw zucchini, 3, sliced/chopped (makes about 4 cups or so)
Fresh eggplant, 1, peeled and cubed
Green beans (I used a 2 lb. bag of frozen ones)
Garlic, 3 tbsp chopped
Mrs Dash, salt, other spices to taste.

Here is how you make Veggie Stew:

Brown the beef in the olive oil, then add spices. Add vegetables in order of "time needed to cook," so, carrots first, then so on, salt and spices. I'd save the green beans and zucchini toward the end so they don't get overcooked (mine sort of did).
