1/4 cup diced onions
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp basil
1/2 tsp red cayenne pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
3/4 cup sun dried tomatoes (dried, not packed in oil)

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Spray round cake pan with cooking spray.Place diced ham in bottom of pan.Beat eggs in a medium bowl. Stir in Bisquick, vegetables (except sun dried tomatoes) and spices. I never measure the spices - I just guess-timated. I probably use much more than that. Pour egg and vegetable mixture over ham.
