Red Wine - 0.5 cup
Balsamic Vinegar - 0.25 cup
Brown Sugar - 2 or 3 Tbls
Garlic - 4 Cloves or to taste
Onion - 1 Medium. I use red because I like the flavour but use what you like.

Here is how you make Tenderloin with Red Wine Blackberry Reduction:

Cook onion and garlic in pan you plan to cook meat in. Cook for 3-5 minutes. Add meat and cook. Salt and Pepper to taste. Note: Leave a little under cooked as it will go back in pan at the end of the reduction. Remove meat from pan. Add remaining ingredients and cook down until thick. When reduction is almost done put meat back in pan to warm up. Then serve.
