1 t. salt

1/2 c. tomato sauce
2 T. butter
2 T. vegetable oil
8 c. sliced zucchini
3 large onions, sliced
2 cans beef consomme


How Do I Make Zucchini and Meatballs?

Here is how you make Zucchini and Meatballs:

Take ground round, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, egg and tomato sauce - form into small meatballs and bake for 25-30 minutes in a 375 oven til done. Remove from pan and put into been consomme. Simmer on stovetop just to keep warm. Melt the butter and oil and add the zucchini and onion and cook, stirring often, until they are browned and carmelized. It takes awhile.
