Here is how you make Zucchini Moussaka:

Slice zucchini lengthwise and line the pan with halfof it. Brown the meat then add the tomatoes, sauce and seasonings, then spread on top of the zucchini. Top with the rest of the zucchini. Make a roux with the butter and flour, then add the milk and cook until thickened. Add the cheese and stir until it's melted.
