Here is how you make Small Texas Sheet Cake:

Cake Directions:Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bring Margarine, Crisco, Cocoa and water to a boil in a sauce pan. Sift flour, sugar and soda together in a separate bowl. Combine Egg, buttermilk and vanilla in mixing bowl. Add hot mixture to egg mixture and mix well. Add dry ingredients slowly and mix well. Pour into greased sheet cake pan. Bake 20 minutesFrosting Directions:5 minutes before cake is done, start making frosting. Mix all ingredients together, pour evenly over hot cake as soon as it is removed from the oven.
