Separate yolks and whites of four eggs. Add sugar to yolks, vanilla extract and cinnamon, beat well. Make snow out of egg whites, add flour and baking powder. Stirr the white mixture in the yolk mixture. Put in a model, cut pear halves in thirds and sink them in the dough. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees celsium. While the first layer is baking, melt chocolate plus half a cup of water, after melted, add rum and orange peel. Separate the remaining 4 eggs into yolks and whites, beat whites with a dash of salt until firm. After letting the chocolate with rum and orange peel cool down for a few minutes, mix in the yolks. Then carefully add the snow.
